Does it hurt?

Tox is a few seconds of tiny pinches and most people are surprised by how little it is. Filler is more of a pressure feeling than a pain, and we numb first. Lips are the most sensitive spot, and even there, most patients handle it far better than they expected to.

Will people be able to tell?

They'll tell that something is different. They usually won't be able to say what. That's the whole goal, and it's why I start conservatively rather than doing everything at once.

How much does it cost?

It depends entirely on what you actually need, which is what the consultation is for. Tell me your budget in the room. I'd much rather build a plan that fits it than quote you something you have to politely decline.

Do I have to get treated at my consultation?

No. Plenty of people consult, go home, and think about it for a few weeks. Some never come back and that's genuinely fine. You'll never get a hard sell from me.

I'm scared of looking overdone. Is that reasonable?

Completely, and it's the fear I hear most. Overdone almost never happens in one conservative appointment. It happens gradually, over years, when nobody stops to compare against where you started. I take photos so we can.

How long until I see something?

Filler you'll see immediately, though swelling hides the real result for about two weeks. Tox takes three to five days to start and about two weeks to finish, so don't judge it on day four.

What if I don't like it?

Come back and tell me. With tox we can often adjust at two weeks, and it wears off regardless. Most hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if it really comes to that. Say something rather than sitting at home unhappy.

Am I too young or too old to start?

Neither of those is really the question. What matters is what's bothering you and whether a treatment would actually address it. I've told twenty-somethings to wait, and I've treated patients in their seventies who got a lovely result.

Can I come back to you specifically?

Yes, and I'd prefer it. Seeing the same injector matters more than people realize, because I know what I put where and how your face responded last time.

How often will I need to come back?

Tox is usually every three to four months. Filler is anywhere from six months to well over a year depending on the product and the area. Nothing here is a commitment. It all wears off on its own if you stop.

Where do you see patients?

I'm at Meesha Aesthetics in Allentown, and appointments with me are booked through Meesha's scheduler. I also see patients in Coopersburg, and those visits are arranged by phone.

What should I do before my appointment?

Skip alcohol the night before and, if it's medically fine for you, hold off on fish oil and anti-inflammatories for a few days. Both make bruising more likely. Come with a clean face and your questions.

I'm Sally. I'm a registered nurse, and I see patients at Meesha Aesthetics in Allentown.

I didn't start here. I spent ten years in post-operative and telemetry nursing first, which is a long way of saying I spent a decade with people on their worst days, learning what safety actually looks like when it matters. That's the part of my background I lean on most. Not the artistry. The judgment.

The shift happened while I was working in same-day surgery. I kept noticing how much it meant to people to feel like themselves again, and at some point I realized I wanted to be on that side of it. I was also running a small eyebrow tattooing business back then. Sounds unrelated, but it isn't. It trained me to look at a face and see proportion before I see a procedure, and I still do that in every consultation.

I go to two or three hands-on advanced trainings a year. Not because anyone makes me, but because this field moves fast and I'd rather be the person still showing up to learn after seven years than the person who decided she already knew.

Here's what that adds up to in the room. I'll ask what's bothering you before I say a single word about product. I'll often tell you that you need less than you came in asking for. And if I don't think injectables are the right answer for what you described, I'll tell you that too, even though it isn't what you were hoping to hear.

My philosophy isn't complicated. The best results enhance what's already there. You should look rested and balanced and like yourself, and nobody should be able to point at the thing that changed.
