Book with SallyHow I treat
Before anything is discussed, we look at proportion, movement, and what is actually bothering you. Sometimes the thing you noticed is not the thing driving it.
Conservative dosing and staged treatment are easier to build on than to undo. It is normal to leave with a plan rather than a finished result.
You will know what product went where, what to expect this week, and when to come back. No jargon, no vague answers.
Common concerns
You do not need to arrive knowing which product you want. Describing what bothers you is enough.
Forehead lines, frown lines, and crow's feet are usually a neuromodulator conversation. Movement is preserved on purpose.

Talk to Sally about fillerChin, jawline, and lip balance often matter more than any single area. This is where a consultation is genuinely worth more than a price list.

Popular questions
No, not if it is dosed and placed for your face.
They solve different problems.
Expect a conversation about what bothers you, an assessment of how your face moves, a conservative first dose, and treatment that takes only a few minutes.
Judge the consultation, not the price.
Facial balancing means treating the face as a whole rather than one feature in isolation.
For most people it lasts about three to four months, though the range is genuinely wide.
Worth reading first
Short, honest explanations of the things patients ask me about most.
What Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau have in common, where they differ, and why unit counts are a poor way to compare providers.
Different products behave differently in different tissue. Why the product matters less than where and why it is placed.
Bone, fat pads, and skin all age on separate timelines. This is the reason surface treatments alone can fall short.
What natural actually means in practice, and the specific things to look for in a provider's before-and-after photos.
Consultation prep
Pick what you are curious about and take the list with you. This tool does not assess you or suggest a treatment. It only helps you ask better questions in the room.

About Sally
I see patients at Meesha Aesthetics in Allentown, in the Lehigh Valley. Most of my day is spent with people who have been told they need more than they actually do.
My approach is conservative by default. Consult first, inject second. I would rather stage a plan across two visits than hand you a result you have to live with while it settles. That means I will sometimes talk you out of something, and I will tell you when the honest answer is that injectables are not the right tool for what is bothering you.
What I look at is proportion, movement, and balance, not a treatment menu. More treatment is not automatically better treatment, and the best injectables should still look like you.
I also teach, and I spend a lot of time thinking about how this work gets explained. Patients make better decisions when they understand what is actually happening under the skin, which is why the education on this site exists at all.

For providers and creators
Working in this room every day turns up problems worth solving. These are the ones I have been chipping away at.
I kept trying to run educational content out of generic calendars and notes apps, and it kept falling apart. So I built a system around the way I actually plan, capture, and organize ideas between patients. It is still coming together.
Contact route not configured yet.I have spent a lot of time thinking about what practice software should actually do for an aesthetics provider. Charting, injection mapping, clinical photos, scheduling, inventory, and the small workflow problems traditional systems make harder than they need to be. I am building toward that.
